Here are all the ccTLDs we currently deal with. Some are used as is, while some are only available as 2nd level options, (i.e. subdomain options), and some work both ways.

What are 2nd level domains?
2nd level domains, (also called 2LD), are domains like .on.ca, .co.uk, .com.au, .au.com, etc. These are 2nd level hierarchies to a TLD.
2nd level domain can also refer to the distinguishing part of a domain name, like premierwebsitesolutions in premierwebsitesolutions.com, but when talking about domain registration services, it usually means a 2nd level option to register a domain under.
Here are the 2nd level options for ccTLDs that we currently deal with:
.kids.us, .com.mx, .co.nz, .net.nz, .org.nz, .com.cn, .net.cn, .org.cn, .com.ag, .net.ag, .org.ag, .com.au, .net.au, .org.au, .asn.au, .id.au, .co.uk, .me.uk, .org.uk, .com.tw, .idv.tw, .org.tw
and these provincial .ca options:
.ab.ca, .bc.ca, .mb.ca, .nb.ca, .nl.ca, .ns.ca, .nt.ca, .on.ca, .pe.ca, .qc.ca, .sk.ca, .yk.ca
There are also 2nd level options of the 3 main TLDs, com, net, and org, which are generally country focused options without the country restrictions.
.ae.org, .ar.com, .au.com, .br.com, .cn.com, .de.com, .eu.com, .gb.com, .gb.net, .hu.com, .jpn.com, .kr.com, .no.com, .qc.com, .ru.com, .sa.com, .se.com, .se.net, .uk.com, .uk.net, .us.com, .uy.com, .za.com
What's with "new TLD's"?
Icann, the company in charge of the whole domain name system, decided one day to open up the market for TLD options. Now .anything (almost) can become a new option as long as a company, organisation, or person has the money and resources to make the investment. It's a complicated, lengthy, and costly process to add a new TLD option to the current system, but it's now available and pretty soon we will see new TLD options becoming available. Some will be for anyone to register and some will have requirements or restrictions. The company making the investment will be the one in charge of that TLD.
